1. Factory Overview-
The factory was moved in WENXIAN in 2021, mainly producing aluminum composite panel aluminum veneer and having employees more than 100 person.-Covering an area of 30 thousand square meters, with advanced production equipment that High-end instruments imported from Japan and continuously improve our technology.
2. Production workshop-we first visited the Draft workshop, is the beginning of all.
First of all , the subject to customer demand, like how area need to be covered? What’s the size you want, big medium small,it depends the store or building mall size,and constructor will design reasonable laying scheme, and then by professional worker Calculout how much material to use, purchase raw materials, next stylist need to design the plate style, round, square, curved, cambered and so on, documentary personnel will statistics budget.
-then came to the processing workshop, CNC machine tool accurately processing parts, workers skillfully operate the equipment. CNC laser cutting, bending machine edge grinding polishing and other steps.
-In the assembly workshop, some parts are orderly assembled into finished products, then began to painting at least three times, ① spray primer, flow products so that the color is flat, 2 spray topcoat leveling 3 spray varnish leveling to ensure that the color is uniform,meet the requirements, and then after hot baking, a strong cold cooling, fixed color, on the other hand, is also a test inspection, for the color,when the high and low temperatures. when in the situation that extreme cold and heat, and the weather temperatures unstable to avoid color of a large area of deglossing situation.with protective film covered,then in storage factory, final quality inspection, loading delivery, the whole production line efficient and orderly.
3. Quality testing- -The factory has a strict quality testing system, and each process is tested by quality controller to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.
4. Environmental protection -The factory pays attention to environmental protection, using waste material after all the aluminum can be reproduction through high temperature smelting, recasting molding, become a sheet of aluminum veneer. As far as possible to reduce losses and resources waste
