The purpose of this project is to maintain Doorway Ceiling with a total gross floor area of [2600m²] square meters.The core advantage of using aluminum veneer for hospital exterior walls lies in its ability to present a unified and clean appearance, along with being easy to install and maintain. Aluminum veneer can create a seamless and consistent visual effect on the hospital exterior, giving it a professional and tidy look that is essential for a healthcare facility. Its installation process is relatively straightforward, which not only saves time and labor during construction but also reduces the complexity and potential difficulties. Moreover, the ease of maintenance is a crucial factor. It allows for simple and efficient upkeep, ensuring that the exterior walls can always maintain their good condition with minimal effort. This means that any dirt, stains, or minor damages can be quickly addressed, keeping the hospital's exterior looking fresh and well-maintained over time. The project overall it was quick that started with a deposit, the production of the keel, the steel frame behind the panels, took a week, the panels took 8 days to produce, and the labor installation took a week.

II. Progress of the Project

-Now, the foundation works have been completed by 100%, and the main structure construction has reached final stage

- Decoration works are about to start and relevant materials are ready.

2. Quality control

- The construction is carried out in strict accordance with the construction specifications and quality standards, and quality inspections are carried out regularly.

- The completed part of the project has been inspected and the quality meets the requirements, and no major quality problems have been found.

3. Safety management

- The construction site has been set up with perfect safety protection facilities, and regular safety training has been provided to workers.

- Up to now, no major safety accidents have occurred.

III. Problems encountered and solutions

1. Problems

- The construction process encountered typhoon,rain and wind which could be affected the progress of the project.

- Some Communication is in conflict ,Financial situation of customers that payment were not supplied in time, resulting in a short stoppage of construction.

2. Solution

- In response to the weather problems, Reinforcement of support, adjusting construction time,were taken.

- Enhanced communication and coordination with customers to ensure timely supply of materials.

IV. Next Plan

1. Accelerate the progress of the project to ensure that the main structure is completed on time.

2. strengthen the quality supervision, and focus on the key parts of the control.

3. do a good job in the preparation of decorative works to ensure smooth convergence.

V. Summary

Although some problems have been encountered, they have been solved through effective measures. In the subsequent construction, we will continue to strengthen management to ensure that the project is completed on time and with high quality.
